Machine suitable for small dairy farms or as a supplement to existing lines
- Group agitation and cutting product with lyre and shovel only, mounted on swing arm jib type or alternatively with the Group agitation of GROUND type
- # 2 lire to blade for curd cutting and N 2 paddles for stirring product or # 2 lire to sharp type "A flag" embedded blades.
- Manual butterfly valve DN100 curd, drain hose.
- Hydraulic hand pump with hydraulic cylinder, tilt the tub during unloading of the product.
- Security system for the protection of workers in the workplace with safety sensors.
- Stainless tub support trellis, with stairway and walkway non-slip stainless grating standards
- Electrical control and power, with stainless steel.
- All in stainless steel AISI 304 in food and finishes at CE norms
